Short-lived ones, at least. We experienced rolling blackouts in the city today; when I called the hydro company to find out when our power would return I learned it was due to a "supply problem." Comforting!

Today is very exciting, because I received the first outside contribution to the project! I haven't been checking the blog's e-mail everyday so my apologies to Liza for posting her picture late, but below is the first installment of "What you love."

I realized that, despite posting faithfully for the past twenty-six days, I have remained mute about the process and about whether I feel the project is a success thus far. In truth, I am writing this today because it's one of those days where finding an object of love is proving difficult. I will find something, and in that certainty I think I've proven to myself the worth of this endeavour.

I hope the photos have been somewhat interesting. Any comments or contributions are still more than welcome - I would love to hear what you think or what you love.
