number one hundred and one: my graphic fiction class.

The class is actually full, but I took the picture before it was underway.

Tuesday, January 29, 2008

number one hundred: late night green tea.

Wow. One hundred days of love? Who saw this coming? Certainly not I!
Thanks for the comments, the pictures you've sent in, adding me to your bookmarks, or just stopping by... you've made them a rewarding one hundred days!

number ninety-nine: baking.

The only time we bake is on "Fuck It All" days... this is one of those days. This post was supposed to be number ninety-nine: red balloons, but the baking took precedence over the buying and blowing up of balloons.

number ninety-five: taking a risk.

Although not the particular risk I am alluding to, getting a coffee from a Coffee Time in downtown Toronto is always a risk.

number eighty-nine: true friendship.

I don't consider this picture to be a repeat of number eighty-four, but, rather, an elaboration.

re: the weekend.

The weekend's posts will be up on Sunday... more work to be done "on assignment".

number eighty-eight: the walk home from work.

Tonight, the ambiance walking home reminded me of the art in The Gashlycrumb Tinies.
B is for Britt, hit by a Subaru.

number eighty-seven: music.

I'm listening to "Trailblazer" by The Barmitzvah Brothers as I post this (and, of course, I'm loving it).

number eighty-three: winnipeg.

I keep pulling this...

But, I'm in Winnipeg. I guess you could say I'm on assignment. It's about love.

Friday, January 11, 2008

number eighty-two: my "weekending" bag.

Contrary to what this bag might say about me (and despite the fact that I do knit), I'm actually not 85 years old.

number seventy-eight: diners.

apologies!

Unfortunately I've missed the last three days - I was in Winnipeg for a funeral. Those pictures will be up tonight (the pictures from the last three days, not from the funeral - that would be in bad taste).

Wednesday, January 2, 2008

number seventy-three: dining with friends.

Preferably indoors, with no scavenging involved.

what you love, number 9: brunch.

Holy hashbrowns Batman! This photo comes from Rob. He beat me to it... but truthfully, he's a bigger bruncher than I am. All's fair in love and food.

number seventy-two: hopefulness.

I'm a fan of kooky resolutions, as I am more inclined to stick them. This year, mine is: wear my new fedora as much as possible. That being said, there is something about a new year that fills you with hope for the better. Armed with that hope and and some smaller (and perhaps more constructive) resolutions, I am all set for a stellar 2008.

what you love, number 8: stormy.

This beautiful pitbull belongs to Jamie. In this shot, Stormy is enjoying some leaves. A great way to ring in a new year, I think!
