Love this picture! Not entirely sure why even, but I like! Possibly the ratio of sky? The slightly sinister institution-like building? The silhouette of bare tree branches against the sky? I don't know, but it works.
I'm not particularly biased against the winter (indeed some of my best memories are of gloomy December days wandering the Northlands), but I am looking forward to Sunday here, when we put the clocks forward and thus gain an extra hour of daylight in the evening.
This is a year long art project. I intend to take one picture of something I love every day. The idea is to see the little things we usually overlook and think about the things we love. Contributions are welcome! Send them to 365waystolove@gmail.com. I will post the pictures I receive the following day.
E-mail me with questions.
The posts beginning with "number..." are pictures of things I love. When the title begins with "what you love...", I have featured a photo that someone has sent to me! I haven't devised a system to make it clearer so this explanation will have to suffice for now!
